• If I check in in the evening, can I pay at the reception desk?

  If you have made a reservation at a flexible rate, it will be guaranteed without payment in our system until 18:00. If you wish to check in later, you will need to pay for the first night of your stay.

  If your reservation is made at a prepaid (non-refundable) rate, you must pay for your stay within 24 hours. After this time, the reservation can be automatically cancelled in the system.

• How do I get to the parking lot? How much does it cost to leave a car in the parking lot?
  Response:

  In the building of the Kiev shopping center, where our hotel is located, there is an underground guarded parking lot. Check-in to the parking lot is carried out from 2 Bryansky Lane, through the arch. The rate is 4,500 rubles/day when paying at the Adagio reception desk. Also, if necessary, hourly payment is 400 rubles/hour. Advance booking is not required.

• Can I stay with a pet, what is the cost?

  In our hotels, pets are allowed (up to 10 kg) for an additional fee of 5,000 rubles. regardless of the length of stay.

  In addition, it is necessary to make a deposit of 10,000 rubles upon arrival, after checking out and checking the room, in case of no damage, the deposit is refunded.

  In public areas and during room cleaning, animals must be on a leash /in a carrier, a muzzle is required for dogs.

  
  
• What time is the SPA area open? Is it included in the price?

  Our hotel has a SPA area on the 6th floor, which includes a swimming pool (adult and children), sauna, hammam, as well as a gym. Working hours: from 09:00 to 21:00. The gym is open around the clock. The water temperature in the pool is 25-26 degrees. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by their parents.

  When staying at the Novotel and Adagio hotels, as well as in the Premium rooms of the Ibis hotel, access to the SPA area is included in the price of accommodation.

  When staying in the Standard rooms of the Ibis hotel, for an adult the surcharge will be 1,500 rubles/day, for children under 5 years old for free, from 5 to 12 the cost will be 750 rubles/day.

• What time is breakfast served and according to what system is it served? How much is it?

  Breakfast is served in the Gourmet Bar and Ibis Kitchen restaurants according to the buffet system. The visit is possible from 06:30 to 10:00 on weekdays and from 06:30 to 11:00 on weekends.

  In the Ibis Hotel restaurant, the cost of an adult breakfast is 1,250 rubles/person/day. Children under 2 years old (inclusive) have breakfast for free, subject to parental nutrition, from 3 to 11 years old (inclusive) at a cost of 626 rubles /person/day. And from 12 years old at a cost of 1,250 rubles /person /day.

  In the Gourmet Bar, the cost of breakfast is 1 750 rubles/person/day, children under 15 years old (inclusive) have breakfast for free, subject to parental nutrition. From 16 years old at a cost of 1 750 rubles/person/day.

• What do I need to check in?
  Response:

  To settle Russian citizens, a passport or a temporary identity card obtained from the Ministry of Internal Affairs is required.

  To settle foreign citizens, you need: a foreign passport, a visa (if required for entry into the Russian Federation), and a migration card (except for Belarusian citizens).

  The settlement of children under 14 years of age is carried out on the basis of a birth certificate. If an accompanying person is traveling with the child, the consent of the legal representatives (one of them) is required.

  For a child over 14 years old, you will need a passport /birth certificate and the consent of one of the parents.

• How do I arrange an early check-in? How do I arrange a late check-out?

  The standard check–in time is from 15:00.

  Upon arrival from 9 a.m., early check-in can be provided for 50% of the cost of the day, subject to availability and cleaned rooms at the time of arrival. This service is not guaranteed and you can find out about the possibility of providing it only on the day of arrival.

  If you arrive before 9 a.m. or if you need a guaranteed early check-in, you must make a reservation from the previous day and pay for the first day using an online link as a guarantee. In this case, the room will be prepared for you in advance for check-in at a convenient time.

  Guests can also leave their belongings in the luggage room before arrival for free.

  We can offer guests two late check-out options: guaranteed and non-guaranteed.

  Non-guaranteed late check-out can be provided for 50% of the cost of the day at check-out before 18:00 and the availability of such an opportunity at the time of departure (to be specified on the spot).

  Guaranteed late check-out is provided when booking and paying for the full next day in 100% amount.

  Late check-out after 18:00 is charged as an additional day.
